We process orders within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at within 6 hours of placing the order, and we will try to accommodate your request.

If the order has already entered production, cancellation is not possible, but we can refund the shipping fee. If you wish to make changes, a 30% modification fee will be charged.

If the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Note: Personalized orders cannot be canceled once they are in production.

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned product.

We will process your refund within a certain number of days and automatically credit the amount to your credit card or original payment method.

Quality Guarantee Timeline

We offer a 60-day guarantee against quality issues (including color fading), starting from the delivery date.

Within 60 days, we support free replacements. Quality issues beyond this period will not be addressed.
